Well... here it goes, I have been putting off starting this blog until it got closer to when Shane leaves. Well he leaves a week from day. But when I say leave, I mean flies out to begin the year journey. Technically, Shane has to be in Wahpeton Friday night and is there until Sunday. There is a send off scheduled for them on Sunday at 2. After that he will be released to come home, and then is scheduled to report back to Fargo Tuesday morning, which means we will probably have to be in Fargo Monday night.
I had today off and tomorrow off as well, just to spend some days with him, then I back to work. :( Tomorrow our ultrasound is scheduled, we are pretty excited.
The main purpose of this blog is for Shane to be able to keep up with things back home. Tonight Shane and I spent some time together in the kitchen and made some chicken wild rice soup! It was delicious, I recommend the recipe to anyone looking to make the soup!
Wyatt has been busy busy lately, we were both in a wedding last weekend, so that kept us busy. Wyatt was the ringbearer, needless to say he didn't make it down the aisle, Shane carried him. Here is us from the wedding!
Well, Shane and I are gonna spend some more quality time together and watch a movie. We tried last night and I ended up sleeping half way through! So let's hope I have better luck this time!!
